Personal data protection

1. Before becoming a customer, a visitor must register on AUTOVINPATIKRA.LT and provide the requested personal information.

2. The original Lithuanian policy describes registration confirmation by email, including username and password. The current registration flow no longer emails passwords; this policy wording requires updating.

3. The customer agrees that the Seller may process personal data for the purposes described in the Terms.

4. The original policy says that personal data is used for customer identification, delivery of ordered products, and marketing, except where the customer has submitted a written request not to use data for marketing.

5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the customer’s data or order details to third parties, except partners providing products, delivery, or other order-related services. Data may also be disclosed when required by a competent state authority under Lithuanian law or with the customer’s separate written consent.

6. The Seller undertakes to protect customer data in accordance with Lithuanian law.

7. Customers must protect their login details and not disclose them to third parties. Under the original policy, a customer who learns of such disclosure must immediately inform the Seller, who will block access; reactivation is to be agreed separately.
